All photo and video services are strictly opt-in. You control whether any media is captured during visits.

If you consent to media services such as the Cinematic Memory Walk or Live Companion View, we handle all content with discretion and use it solely for the purpose you've agreed to.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We will immediately discontinue any media capture and delete existing content upon request.

Every dog receives individualized care based on their unique temperament, triggers, and behavioral needs. We prioritize safety, comfort, and positive reinforcement at all times.

Our approach includes:

• Conservative leash handling and awareness of reactivity triggers
• Weather-appropriate protocols for heat, cold, and precipitation
• Route adjustments based on your dog's energy and comfort level
• Immediate communication if any concerns arise
• Respect for all boundaries and instructions you provide

We are not licensed veterinarians and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

If your dog shows signs of injury, illness, distress, or any concerning symptoms during our care, we will:

• Contact you immediately
• Follow your predetermined emergency instructions
• Recommend consulting your licensed veterinarian

All health-related decisions remain with you and your veterinary professional.

Plans created through our concierge planner are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do not automatically collect or store your information on our servers unless you explicitly email us.

When you contact us via email, we store only the information necessary to provide service, respond to inquiries, and maintain scheduling records.

We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All client information is kept strictly confidential.

During intake, we discuss your preferred method for home access. Options include key exchange, lockbox codes, building doorman, or other arrangements.

We maintain strict protocols for entry and departure, respecting your home as we would our own. All access information is kept confidential and secure.
